How to buy a car at auction

B. Please read the Commercial Agreement, if you agree
- Please send a refundable deposit of 100,000 JPY or 1,000 US$ (Company may ask to send more money as a deposit in case if the bidding ammount is too high) via direct Bank transfer or PayPal.
- You can also use your deposit to reserve any vehicle from our stock.
- In case the vehicle is not available, please check the same models at auto-auctions

C. If the auction bidding was successful, you will receive a Proforma Invoice. It includes:
- Complete vehicle specification, trade terms and bank account payment details
- Agreed trade terms [C&F, CIF and FOB] and payment instructions
D. After you receive the invoice, please make a full payment transfer to designated Bank account.
To confirm your payment on time, please send us the transfer copy report by email or fax.
- Bank transfer fees at the customer’s local bank must be fully paid by the customer
- The payment should be done in the same currency indicated on the invoice
* If you use PayPal, pay attention to a transaction commission fee of 4% of the total transfer amount. Ex. transfer amount 1,000$ [PayPal amount is 1,040 $]

E. After your payment confirmation, we will start the shipment process. Please send us the following details by email:
- Consignee details with complete name address and phone numbers (Individual or company names)
- In case the consignee is different from Notify Party [a contact to be notified upon vessel arrival], please send the complete and correct details as well.
- Express mail address with postale code.
F. Freight confirmation stage and shipment schedule
- Once the booking is confirmed, we will inform you of the vessel name and shipping dates.
G. We dispatch your documents by express mail service.
- After we receive original documents from the shipping company and complete the customs procedures, we will be sending:
- B/L
- Export certificate
- Export certificate translation [in English only]
- Country Export inspection certificate [JEVIC/EAA/JAAI inspections]
- Express mail package tracking number
H. Vehicle delivery and pick up
- Please bring all the necessary documents to pick up your vehicle or ask your customs broker to help with customs clearance.
